## Summary

A Szergiusz nyaralója magányosan feküdt az akkor még puszta és szomoru Holdhegy meredek lejtőjén s nagyban különbözött a divatos, soktornyu madárkalitkáktól, amelyek ma a budapesti ember szemében a nyárilak fogalmát képviselik. Hatalmas arányaival, csonka góttornyával, boltíves, ónozott ablakaival, rideg, recésormu falaival inkább ama skót tengerparti kastélyok egyikére emlékeztetett, amelyekben valaha a Stuartkori nemesség véres családi tragédiái játszódtak le.
