WEAVING: Alternating colors weave 4 rows each color as follows: Cut 4 strands 3 yds. long for each row of weaving. Repeat these 2 rounds until there are 42 sts on needles. Work even until foot measures 6½ inches or 2 inches less than desired length. Discontinue pattern on 2nd needle. NEXT ROUND: SHAPE TOE: K to within 3 sts of end of 1st needle, K 2 tog, K 1; 2nd needle: K 1, sl 1, K 1, p.s.s.o., work to within 3 sts of end of same needle, K 2 tog, K 1; 3rd needle: K 1, sl 1, K 1, p.s.s.o., work to end. NEXT ROUND: K even. Repeat these 2 rounds until 18 sts remain, K next 5 sts, cut yarn leaving a 12 inch length; sl sts evenly to 2 needles.
