## Summary

Included in Part I will also be found the decipherings made by Mrs. Gallup in the British Museum subsequent to the publication of the Second Edition of the _Bi-literal Cypher_, and are from Old Editions appearing between 1579 and 1590, establishing the earliest dates this Cypher appeared.
