FINISHING: Block each section. Weave shoulder and sleeve seams. Sew sleeves in position. TURTLE NECK COLLAR: With circular needle and A, right side facing, pick up and K 12 (13) sts across side of neck edge, K 20 (22) sts from holder, pick up and K 12 (13) sts on other neck edge, K 24 (26) sts from back holder—68 (74) sts. Place a marker at beg of each round, and work in K 1, P 1 ribbing for 3 inches. Bind off. Fold collar over.
CAP
With White cast on 6 sts. P 1 row. NEXT ROW: Inc in each st—12 sts. P 1 row. NEXT ROW: Inc 1 st, K 1, repeat from beg across row—18 sts. P 1 row. NEXT ROW: Inc 1 st, K 2, repeat from beg across row—24 sts. P 1 row. Continue to inc 6 sts in each K row, always having 1 more K st between incs until there are 72 (78) sts. Work even in stockinette st for 1 (1½) inches, cut White. Attach Flame and work 6 rows, cut Flame. Attach White and work 6 rows, cut White. Attach Navy and work 7 rows, then work in K 1, P 1 ribbing for 7 rows. NEXT 2 ROWS: Bind off 22 (25) sts at beg of each row. UNDERSIDE OF PEAK: Bind off 3 sts at beg of next 6 rows. Bind off remaining 10 sts. Sew back seam, turn hem to wrong side, cut plastic in shape of visor, insert plastic and sew peak in place.
